Apartament zgodny z opisem, przygotowany dla turysty z północy w kategorii rozumienia komfortu i czystości. W apartamencie znajduje się wszystko, czego potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Idealny na wyjazdy rodzinne, dwie łazienki są niezwykle przydatne. W budynku znajduje się winda, dziedziniec jest zamykany. Okolica cicha, świetnie skomunikowana z centrum. Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna obsługa obiektu. Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

Good communication from Javier, who helped us find our way to the apartment despite our being rather late and was very welcoming. The apartment was well located - close to the Turro metro station and with a 24/7 supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and clean when we arrived.

There were a number of issues with the apartment. 1. No tea towels provided. When we raised this with Javier, he said that he would bring them. However, what appeared was a packet of paper kitchen towels - not exactly ideal for drying dishes. 2. The washing up sponge was old and manky and unhygenic - it should never have been left at the apartment. This was never replaced despite our asking for it. 3. There were no replacement bin liners. These were provided when we asked for them. 4. There were no cloths for wiping surfaces. We asked for them but they were not provided so we had to buy them ourselves. 5. There was no oven cloth to remove hot dishes from the oven. We raised this with the management company, but they were never provided. 6. The coffee pods provided were not suitable for the coffee machine. Whilst we would not necessarily expect them at an AirBnb, Javier explained that the cleaners had left the wrong ones that morning. This was clearly untrue as a previous guest who had stayed a few months before had also commented on the same issue. 7. Most importantly, though, and as commented on in other reviews, the electricity in the apartment is a major issue and is potentially hazardous to guests, which is wholly unacceptable. This has been commented on a number of times and yet nothing has been done other than to produce instructions on how to reset the trip switch in the cellar (which is not easy to find and would be impossible for anyone with reduced mobility). The reason that the switch trips is because the electricity supply is not configured properly and this needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately, when we raised this with the management company, we were simply ignored. We will therefore be raising this formally with Booking.com
