Location 10/10 couldn’t ask for a better sport in Porto Azzurro. Stunning balcony overlooking the harbour. Very spacious rooms, A/C worked a treat.
We weren’t greated in person at the property. Italian law banned self check in since 2024 hence the host or a representative should be there in person to welcome the guests and take a copy of to their documents (which also was not requested).
- not even a welcome bottle of water in the fridge
- only 3 wine glasses (1 was cracked and reported in another review in May)
- not enough toilet roll for a week
- not enough dish soap in the kitchen
- no complimentary body gel/shampoo
- no washing machine detergent ( washing machine didn’t seem to work)
- some of the electrics were a bit questionable
- was only informed on the day that the small toilet was out of action and work had been carried out (see pictures)

The location was spectacular. The apartment very large and comfortable. Quiet location with amazing view.
Little détails such as not enough towels for longer stays. Only 2 Wine classes that were not replaced despite request to the owner. The Apartment Floor was not super clean. It would also be nice to havé a few items such as dish drying cloth, spatula, More paper products-paper towel, kleenex and toilet paper. Kitchen could havé a few items like oil and vinegar etc. All things that are appreciated by guests.
