Great proximity to downtown, very clean, nice apartment with everything you could need. Host was very organized and friendly.
We stayed in early April and it was chilly. Space heaters were provided but you could only run one at a time in the bed rooms or they would trip the breaker. Mattresses were a little too firm for our liking. Dog s were a little noisy past quiet hours, however they did settle.

Everything was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and hosts were kind and accommodating. We would stay here again.

The location was good, Fred and Hedieh were friendly and great hosts. The property was clean and it had whatever that we needed.
There were two main things which are not deal breaker, but would worth to take into account when make this booking:
1. The height of the ground floor slab in the entrance corridor right before the last steps is less than 1.8m. So I hit my head once as I was heading down to the property. This is not some thing that could be easily fixed, but maybe a soft sponge can be sticked on to prevent any bad damages.
2. You will need to tolerate and live with ground floor foot steps noise and all that as a nautre of staying at the basement unit.

It is a very nice apartment. The bed was comfortable. Great shower, It was clean.
Noise: the fridge had an alarm that went off randomly sometimes every 30 minutes, during the night at least twice. The apartment is not soundproof, you could hear the dogs running upstairs, a person getting up at 2:43am to go to the bathroom, people walking upstair. It was as if there was no isolation between the floor. All of this kept us impacted on our poor sleep. We were ask to come outside and move car. Fred ask that we park in a certain spot. When we returned in the evening that spot was taken and we had to park where we did the first time.
My husband mentioned to the owner about the lack of privacy with the window in the bathroom/toilet not having any curtain and he suggested putting the laundry basket in front of the window.
