The property is in a great location and its facilities are good

I had to pay for my stay when I arrived. Upon arrival, I was told that they were supposed to remove their profile from Booking.com and as such they could not find my booking. I stated that my booking was confirmed and I want to stay there because I received a confirmation email. I was shown a different room and that guy from reception tried to make me pay more because the room was bigger and nicer than what I had booked for on this platform, I declined to pay more, but was told I can use the room for the same price my booking was confirmed for. I left the premises for a while and received a call while I was out that a transformer in the area blew up and that there isn't electricity, but not to worry because they have back-up power. When I returned, I was moved to a smaller and different room to what I paid for and what we agreed upon, and the reason for this was because there isn't power in the area.
