Csendes nyugodt környezet, újszerű de stílusos apartman. Jó felszereltséggel.

A kulcs felvétel 5 km re van az apartmantól és 200 €-a kaució , ez nem megszokott. Még soha nem fizettem kaukciót

lokalita ubytovacieho zariadenia a jeho čistota. Taktiež to, že tam v prvý večer bolo viacero rodín a nebolo počuť hluk z vedľajších izieb. Celkovo hodnotím ubytovanie veľmi pozitívne.

Bolo by možno trocha popracovať na označení, prišli sme večer za tmy, a dosť sme sa ťažko orientovali, aj ochota pracovníčky na recepcii hotela bola ... no proste sme pani zjavne v podvečerných hodinách nenašli v dobrej nálade, takže informácie boli k ceste k ubytovaniu strohé.

The environment was super, beyond my expectations! It is based next to the ski slope. Fantastic view from the house.

A bit far away from the starting points of the chair lifts in Biela Put therefore we needed to use our car to reach that point especially with little kids. About the facility I would recommend to add a coffee machine.

Great location, views and cosy feel.

We had an issue on check-in, whereby the apartment wasn’t the one we believed we’d booked, during which the reception staff were rude, seemed disinterested and lacked basic customer service. This was the same on check-out. However, the hotel director was amazing and did what she could to help. Although the apartment (B5) was lovely, there were a few very basic things that fell short, including no hand towels, only a tiny amount of hand soap, no bread knife or cheese grater, the metal colander was extremely rusty and no welcome pack with useful information.
