Apartmány a Štúdiá Lúčky Jasná

Very quiet and well-kept surroundings. The apartment was clean, and the windows had mosquito screens. Despite the summer heat, the temperature on the top floor was still acceptable. The staff were polite and helpful: they resolved an initial issue with the booking in the best way they could, for which we are especially grateful.

There was carpet throughout the apartment, including in the kitchen (Maybe it’s fine in winter, but it’s not very hygienic). There were no blackout curtains in the bedroom. Parking at the apartment can be risky with a low-clearance car because you have to drive across a deep drainage ditch. Key collection and return take place at another hotel, but this did not cause any inconvenience at all.

The environment was super, beyond my expectations! It is based next to the ski slope. Fantastic view from the house.

A bit far away from the starting points of the chair lifts in Biela Put therefore we needed to use our car to reach that point especially with little kids. About the facility I would recommend to add a coffee machine.

Great location, views and cosy feel.

We had an issue on check-in, whereby the apartment wasn’t the one we believed we’d booked, during which the reception staff were rude, seemed disinterested and lacked basic customer service. This was the same on check-out. However, the hotel director was amazing and did what she could to help. Although the apartment (B5) was lovely, there were a few very basic things that fell short, including no hand towels, only a tiny amount of hand soap, no bread knife or cheese grater, the metal colander was extremely rusty and no welcome pack with useful information.
