La proximité à la plage, la terrase
Electro-doméstiques en mal état: 1 grille pain a fait tomber l'électricité de l'appartement. Et d' autres petits appareils à jeter (e.g. cafetière ancienne). Il manque une table en bois. Merci de remplacer les appareils inservables ou que représentent un risque pour les utilisateurs.

La ubicación es ideal. Que tenga plaza de parking aunque fuese la peor para aparcar. La amplitud del apartamento.
La ducha no tragaba absolutamente nada de agua, por lo que te duchabas con ella inundada y tardaba mucho en irse el agua, nos daba miedo que se acabara desbordando. La limpieza de la cocina y sus utensilios era muy mejorable. Había una cafetera italiana que intentamos usar pero al ser placa de inducción, no la detectaba y no pudimos usarla ni cocinar. Le hace falta un lavado de cara en cuanto a mantenimiento, pintura y humedades. Se entiende que es un alojamiento a pie de mar y esto desgasta mucho, pero dadas las buenas condiciones que tiene de ubicación y distribución del apartamento, es una lástima que eso le desluzca.

El apartamento esta demasiado viejo las puertas hinchadas de la humedad y el water y cocina bastante sucios.
