Upeat näkymät ja hienosti tehty ulkoalue, puutarha, uima-allas, kaunis ympäristö. Sijainti aika syrjäinen, vaatii kyllä oman auton käyttöä esim. kaupassa käyntiin. Mutkaisten ja kuten Italiaan sopii kapeiden teiden takia matka esim. Sorrentoon kesti n. 30min., vaikka matka oli alle 20 km. Lähimmälle aika hyvälle kaupalle matka autolla n. 10min. Majoitus sopii hyvin sellaisille, joiden tarkoitus on nautiskella altaalla ja auringossa ja pysyä enimmäkseen majapaikassa.
Vierailimme lokakuussa ja tarvitsimme lämmitystä. Oli pieniä hankaluuksia saada lämmitys päälle. Toimi kyllä hyvin kunhan saimme sen päälle ensin. Vuodesohvat olivat nukkumiseen huonot, ei niissä kyllä 2 henkeä kohtuudella pystynyt nukkumaan. Sen sijaan muut vuoteet patjoineen olivat kyllä ihan hyvät. Pienemmällä henkilömäärällä olisi toiminut ihan hyvin. Puutteena pidimme myös sitä, että sisätiloissa ei ollut oikein hyvää oleskelutilaa (ulkona oli kyllä) isolle ryhmälle. 2 nojatuolia oli, mutta ei esim. sohvaa, tai sitten sohvat olivat vuodekäytössä. Alakerrassa kaikui aika lailla. Isolle ryhmälle olisi voinut olla hiukan enemmän astioita. Astianpesukone toki toimi, joten pärjättiin.
