The property is absolutely beautiful and the modern amenities are fantastic. Everything from the lights along the pathway and outdoor area to the air conditioning units to the pool were great. The view from the patio deck is stunning and truly encompasses the beauty of the cost. The inside of the home is updated in all areas and was a comfortable place to stay for multiple days. The bed was the best we have stayed on in Italy thus far. The pool was fantastic and the washer/dryer was a great benefit for us being later in our trip and needing more clothes.

Our driver had struggles finding where to drop us off based on the address provided although after talking to locals this seems to not be a big issue and maybe was a mistake on his part. While the private location has its perks, it is a little bit of a trek to/from town just so people know (not the property’s fault).

The views are stunning, it was so quiet and clean.

So...the 1.1 mile walk to the beach. It's down steps. All steps. We are an active and athletic family, and found it extremely challenging. So, I recommend that if you stay up there, buy some groceries, just in case you don't have the energy (this is if you do not have your own mode of transportation) to go back down to the town for food or to the market.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, z tarasu piękny widok na morze. Miejsce rewelacyjne na relaks, cicho i intymnie. Basen i sporo drzew wokół w upalny dzien idealnie się sprawdzają. Tuż przy domu rozpoczynają się szlaki trekingowe. Idealne dla ludzi aktywnych chociażby z uwagi na położenie. Aby dostać się z centrum Praiano należy pokonać „milion” schodów 😂. Wygodne łóżko. Jedyny mankament to brak ręczników basenowych. Dla mnie w 100% do polecenia i powtórzenia.

Ein Traum! Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt, sehr ruhig und naturbelassen gelegen und bietet mit dem beheizten Pool, der geräumigen Küche und dem Wohn- & Schlafbereich in der unteren Etage sehr viel Komfort und Wohlfühlcharakter. Besonders die große Terasse mit Blick über die Küste ist bei Tag und auch bei Nacht ein absolutes Highlight. Praiano als Ort selbst ist sehr charmant mit vielen guten Restaurants und perfekt zwischen Amalfi und Positano gelegen. Uns wurde zu Anfang ein kleines Care-Paket mit Pasta, Tomatensauce und Getränken bereitgestellt - sehr aufmerksam. Der Weg in den Ort ist mit ein bisschen Anstrengung (viele Treppenstufen) verbunden ist. Sofern man ein Auto oder Roller hat, ist aber auch das kein Problem. Auch der Kontakt zu Frau Giovanna Villani war super freundlich. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und am Abreisetag sehr entgegenkommend, sodass wir noch 2h länger in der Unterkunft bleiben durften. Da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb liegt und man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vorfahren kann, sondern über einen kleinen Pfad dorthin läuft, wurden unsere Koffer entsprechend transportiert. In unmittelbarer "Nachbarschaft" wohnen außerdem ein paar Esel, Katzen und kleine Eidechsen, was für uns als Tierfreunde ebenfalls einen weiteren Pluspunkt gab. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft von Herzen nur jedem empfehlen!
