Battersea Power station 2 Bed Close To Harrods

Fantastic location for Battersea Power Station. Walking distance to Sloane Square and Kings Road. Even better now Battersea has a tube station, which you can get the northern line to Kings Cross and Euston.

New building, modern, quiet. Fantastic view from the balcony. The key was a slight issue. There’s a knack for locking the door. Comfortable good size rooms with two bathrooms. Lots of space.

The trains are constant, but didn’t bother us!

Great location, owner was flexible with us having to check in late and at the last minute, and inside the apartment was clean, modern, and well appointed. We will definitely say again.

1. Location - A rejuvenated part of London, plenty of food and supermarkets nearby. Something different from the usual crowded touristy areas. 2. Spacious new apartment with fully equipped kitchen and laundry, suitable for families and groups. 3. Full transport options within 5 minutes walk - rail, Tube and bus. Convenient for day trips out of Victoria station. 4. Central air conditioning. None of those archaic British rules about keeping facades free from air conditioning units. Essential for summer tourists. 5. Host was prompt with response.

1. Just beside the rail line, so you can hear trains going past. Not great for light sleepers although we weren't particularly affected. 2. Shower water pressure was too low for our liking and couldn't be adjusted. 3. Hot water was intermittent on one of the nights and our showers were jolted with bouts of cold water, but it was quickly resolved the next day. 3. Beds were thin and flimsy, not great for those with back issues.
