The room/appartment was very nice

Stayed just for 1 night and the checkin was the worst I ever had! ATTENTION: you really! need to send them the names and ID's of all the people staying entering the appartment! You have to do this well in advance! Because they will then send you a "Guest Authorisation Form" without which the security at the entrance will not let you in! And nobody at the "reception" will be able to help you, and in my case reaching out to the given, responsible contacts was almost impossible and it literally took hours befor I could finally check in! Not your ordinary booking!!! But if you send them the needed/mentioned information for the form well in advance (they mention days!!), the process should be smooth. Read the confirmation mail they send you carefully!!
