Bardzo fajne było to że jest tak dużo sypialni 3 oddzielne i każdy mógł mieć swój pokój. Blisko od obiektu do tramwaju a także cisza ponieważ obiekt mieścił się od strony dziedzińca a nie ruchliwej ulicy. Kontakt z właścicielem był również bardzo dobry udzielił informacji na temat parkowania w Poznaniu, właściciel zapewnił na pierwszą dobę tabletki do zmywarki , płyn do naczyń i mydło, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodny materac w dużej sypialni

Czystość apartamentu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia podłogi były klejące w rogach pokojów były kłębki kurzu, brak suszarki do włosów, brak wspomnianego w ogłoszeniu zestawu kosmetyków, skrzypiące drzwi, brak prądu i gniazdek w jednym z pokoi, twardy materac w jednym pokoju, brak rolet w dużej sypialni i okno w okno z innym mieszkaniem co było niekomfortowe, dużo prowizorek które nie wyglądały dobrze

The location is perfect for us..

There have three room,the last room has no door,this is the only thing that I’m concern. If no door,how could call it room?

W większości świeżo wyremontowany, czysty, obok Targów Poznańskich (naszego celu), blisko sklepy, w miarę łatwo zaparkować w okolicy (wieczorem)

3 piętro bez windy, poddasze w starym budownictwie w najzimniejsze od kilku lat dni w Poznaniu, kaloryfery nie dawały rady, mała łazienka z rozwalonymi drzwiami,

Good location, good facilities and fairly priced. Clean on the most part.

When we got to the apartment, we noticed no curtains in two of the bedrooms, so we messaged the apartment management and this is where the fun begins. We had a response asking us to send them images of the apartment on booking.com showing curtains on there (which it does, they had no idea which apartment we were in?!). The email after that? Our booking.com reservation code. The email after that? Pictures of the apartment to show the blinds not being there. By the time the emails went back and forth, it was late on the 2nd day of the trip... so for the entire trip we had zero privacy in two of the bedrooms (other apartments could literally look in the room and see us, we saw this multiple times), and we couldn't sleep past 7am due to the sun shining in the room. I emailed again expressing our discontent with this... and still now I've had no reply. It's a shame as the place itself is nice and good value for money; it just lacks the absolute basic necessity of privacy and being able to sleep until late morning.
