Delizioso appartamento situato a ridosso della centralissima "Balata" il cuore della movida di Marzamemi. Struttura accogliente e ben arredata e con tutti i comfort. C'è un ampio balcone che solo lui vale tutta la casa. Proprietario straordinario per disponibilità e gentilezza, ti informa di tutto ciò che è possibile fare in zona e offre la possibilità di un favoloso giro in barca alla scoperta della bellissima costa di Marzamemi.
