The place is very family-friendly. The lady owner is supportive and always tries her best to resolve any issues. She is very hospitable and kind, and also prepares delicious home-cooked food (available at an extra charge).
The stay was fine, but the package and transport service was not handled professionally. There was little flexibility in the itinerary, insensitive responses during illness, extra charges demanded, and the agreed station drop was not provided. Better to stay here but avoid the package service.
