La ubicación junto a la playa de la Concha y la comodidad en general. El propietario deja algunos productos de uso frecuente: pastillas para la lavadora, algo de aceite, vinagre, café, etc.
La limpieza me parece mejorable: había elementos de la vajilla sucios y zonas con polvo acumulado. Algunos elementos del menaje de cocina necesitan una renovación. La puerta corredera del armario del dormitorio principal no se puede usar porque las guías están hinchadas por la humedad.
