Great location, very new property. Well sized bedrooms.
Would have been nice to have extra rubbish bags, adequate supply of dishwashing powder and laundry powder for a 6 day stay.

We were two couples in the 3 bedroom apartment. We had good space, well stocked kitchen and nice, clean bathrooms (with wonderful heated floors!). Location is right near Te Papa museum and the waterfront and easy walking to restaurants and shops. Nice building with easy access in and out. (The restaurant next door - Lola Stays - was excellent)
Be aware that Wellington is hilly and one room is next to stairs up the hill.
