The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a few minutes' walk away and there is also a small bay right in front of the house. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: an infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach. The bathroom also has a level-access shower. Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner.
