The light-flooded and open-plan living and dining area is located on the upper living level. While floor-to-ceiling window fronts provide a phenomenal panoramic view, the adjoining terrace invites you to enjoy barbecues together with guaranteed sunsets. From this terrace, an external staircase leads up to the 30 m² roof terrace with all-day sun, a beach chair and panoramic views over the marina, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. The floating holiday home has a bathing ladder and permanently installed fenders at the jetty. Delicious holiday meals can be prepared in the modern and well-equipped galley adjoining the living area. The sleeping area of the floating house is located below deck. The master bedroom is an experience, as guests can fall asleep and wake up in front of the water backdrop. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace directly adjacent to the bedroom make it possible to walk around the house. A further bedroom with single beds that can be pushed together is also located on the lowest level of the holiday home. Flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms provide additional entertainment.
