The private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared heat cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing whirlpool tub with a view of the water are available for relaxing after a walk on the beach. The living/dining area of the holiday apartment is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Baltic Sea. Whether it's a romantic candlelight dinner or a cosy barbecue. Harbour cinema is guaranteed. A second terrace adjoins the living area and faces the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord. Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere - a true spectacle of nature on the Schlei when ducks, geese and swans awaken. The living room is a cosy place to spend an evening by the fireplace, even on cold Nordic days. Indoor entertainment is also provided by satellite TV and board games. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home's relaxation area is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the harbour and the Baltic Sea. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed for three more people to sleep and dream. Both bedrooms have an additional TV. A further shower room on the first floor provides additional comfort. This holiday property is a maisonette flat. A private car parking space with electric charging station and a private bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes are located directly in front of the house. We would like to point out that there are additional costs when using the e-charging station for cars! Our favourite spot: Enjoy the breathtaking terrace view of passing sailing ships in and out of the harbour with a drink in your hand. The costs for the e-charging station are not included in the price and are charged on site according to consumption.
