Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove ensure comfort at any time of year. The light-flooded and spacious living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen with sociable counter leaves nothing to be desired in terms of high-quality equipment, holiday meals can be enjoyed at the dining table for six people. From here, the view falls through large windows onto the adjoining terrace, which faces the marina of OstseeResort Olpenitz and promises fantastic hours of sunshine with its south-facing orientation. The comfortable seating in the living area in front of the wood-burning stove invites you to linger. Natural materials, subtle shapes and muted colours make up the charm of this holiday home. Arrive and feel at home guaranteed. On the first floor of the holiday home there are two bedrooms for two people each. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together and has an additional flatscreen TV. The fully equipped bathroom with a large Finnish sauna and walk-in shower is also located on this level. A second sun terrace connects the master bedroom and bathroom. Sun loungers invite you to relax here after a sauna session. Two additional beds are available on the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor. A guest WC also provides additional comfort on this level. A private parking space and a shed in front of the house offer sufficient space for bicycles and/or pushchairs.
