In the middle of the idyllic Geltinger Bucht nature reserve and 50 m from the water, the Auszeit is an architectural highlight, newly built in 2015. Hovering half a metre above the ground, the holiday home sympathises with its natural environment and offers space for 2-4 people.
From the 55 sqm bankirai wood terrace with all-day sun, a 4 m wide external staircase leads to the garden. The 400 square metre property, fenced in and for private use, offers a fantastic view of unspoilt nature and the Baltic Sea.
High ceilings and huge window fronts characterise the interior of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen offers all the amenities of high-quality equipment, a solid dining table and the spacious living room with stove invite you to linger.
The master bedroom also offers a picturesque view of the water and nature.
The glass rainforest shower in the stylish bathroom offers a truly relaxing experience.
Clean shapes, clear colours and simple materials characterise the purist style of the holiday home and provide the necessary retreat. The minimalist furnishings dispense with unnecessary accessories and emphasise light and space. While soft, matt colour compositions predominate, individual colour accents provide subtle vibrancy. Less is more in the time-out.
