Das Apartment lag im 3.Stock eines Neubaublockes aus Zeiten des Sozialismus. Die Ausstattung war komfortabel und geschmackvoll. Viel Raum für eine Person. Sehr preisgünstig. Komplett ausgestattete Küche; großes, bequemes Bett. Vermieterin sprach gut Italienisch.
Das schöne Apartment kämpfte gegen zweifelhafte Infrastruktur des alten Wohnblockes. Wasserabfluß aus Waschbecken war zäh. Mucheliger Geruch.

Małe mieszkanie w bloku przerobione na apartament. Bez windy przy długich schodach lepiej nie mieć większych bagaży. Parking na ulicach osiedlowych.
Trochę problemów z przejęciem kluczy, pomimo wcześniejszych kontaktów telefonicznych, co zimą… było uciążliwe.
