Beautiful outside terrace and a secure underground parking garage.
Instructions for accessing the property were complicated. A video would make things easier.

L’appartement est très spacieux ;Les équipements electro ménagers, , les 2 salles de bain. La terrasse.cuisine agréable et salon aussi.
Le manque d’isolation avec l’extérieur , un double vitrage serait bienvenu car rue trés passagère , trés gênant .

Apartamento amplio y con aire acondicionado.
Falta de mantenimiento en los baños. Te encuentras con todos los restos de productos de higiene personal de clientes anteriores. Cuarto de baño grande con moho por todos lados. No puedo adjuntar video que hice del baño donde se aprecia el moho y en el baño pequeño el lavabo no tragaba además los azulejos de la zona del wc cualquier día se caen. Falta limpieza en baños y la zona de cocción de la cocina dejaba mucho que desear.
