Apartamento muy bien ubicado, limpio y totalmente equipado. Muy amplio y con aire acondicionado en el salón, así como ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones. El bloque de piso dispone de ascensor.
El baño olía a cañería y los colchones no son totalmente cómodos.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el mismo centro de Almería, al lado de los lugares de interés. Lo que queda algo lejos es la playa. Los propietarios nos recibieron, fueron muy amables, y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos en la nevera 4 botellas de agua. El baño dispone de todo lo necesario, y está muy limpio. Disponen de aire acondicionado en el salón.
Había pequeños detalles a mejorar, como las persianas, pues en todas las habitaciones se quedaban atascadas y no se podían bajar, eran bastante antiguas. En el dormitorio de la cama de matrimonio hacía demasiado calor, no se el motivo, pero la primera noche apenas pegamos ojo. Asimismo, la cama de matrimonio es pequeña.
