Mimo, że wygląd kamienicy z zewnątrz nie zachwyca, to wnętrza są fajnie wyremontowane. Jest czysto i świeżo. Apartament bardzo przyjemny. Łóżko podwójne bardzo wygodne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Parking pod budynkiem. Dla 2 osób komfortowo, dla większej ilości- może być ciasno.

Świetna lokalizacja, doskonały kontakt z Gospodarzami obiektu, duże przyjemne mieszkanie. Wybierając to miejsce nie kupujesz jedynie noclegu - decydujesz się na klimat dawnego przedwojennego uzdrowiska. Jest to kamienica z historią; można stąd także przejść się po Opolnie szlakiem zabytków. Apartament bez uwag, w pełni wyposażony. Czysto i miło. Plusem jest też punkt wypadowy do Czech i Niemiec. Warto.

Sam apartament był bardzo ładny, choć raczej niewielki.
Z toalety cały czas ciekła woda, a w łazience unosił się intensywny zapach kanalizacji, co było bardzo niekomfortowe. Dodatkowo w całym obiekcie było zimno — przez nieszczelne okna wyraźnie wiało, a jedynym źródłem ciepła była ogrzewana podłoga, która nie była w stanie ogrzać pomieszczeń. .
