La struttura si trova nel pieno centro storico di novigrad. Dietro alla chiesa e a pochi passi dai locali serali.

L appartamento è una cantina recuperata, si sente odore di umidità e muffa. Inoltre quando siamo arrivati ci siamo accorti dell abbondante presenza di capelli , peli e sporcizia sui pavimento, ovvio che non è stato pulito. senza contare le trappole per gli scarafaggi che la ditta di disinfestazione lascia. Inoltre nella zona non ci sono parcheggi gratis e quelli a pagamento sono improponibili, il più vicino costa 10 euro al giorno.
