Very nice apartment and location, staff should follow that expectation 😁

The room is perfect - modern, tidy, clean, has everything you need. Very very nice. The location is perfect - the town itself has great taverns and it is close to Corfu town.

Its really important to know that there is no parking place. There is parking room by the streets surrounding the object and there is a small parking place near the object, but the object itself does not offer parking places and you need to find it on your own. The streets are narrow so non-confident drivers may feel anxious while parking. The most important reason for not giving 10/10 grade is that we were sent into the wrong apartment number and we enetered someone else’s apartment at 2 AM without knowing. The good thing is that the staff answered the phone immediately, told us where to go and apologized, BUT! The next morning they asked us to leave the “new” apartment and go back to the old one (because those people left that morning). We were very dissapointed with that because we work in toruism and would offer a discount on the apartment if we made that kind of mistake, we surely wouldn’t suggest that the tourist move apartments after that incident considering the awful mistake they did.

Our stay was ok, we had everything we needed and the communication with the host was good.

It was a decent room, AC didn't work at first (it was faulty) but the owner replaced it during the next day, there was a fridge and kitchenware so we could cook if we wanted to. The bath was also decent.

Neighborhood: The neighborhood was quiet and nice but it was actually a bit further away than the city center than we anticipated, so moving from and to the apartment was very troublesome. There's a bus once per hour, and we had a hard time getting a cab driver to pick us up on a reasonable price, especially early in the morning for our airport commute. You also have to walk for a very small distance (50m) uphill to get to the apartment, which was fine for us, but would potentially not be suitable for someone on a wheelchair, or elderly.

Live and Learn

The apartments are new and nicely decorated. Close to the village but a long way out of Corfu town. Pretty countryside and friendly people.

You really need a car. I made the mistake when I booked as I didn't realise it was so far out of Corfu town, and that so few places did food due to it being off season. I would not go to Corfu out of season plus it rained the whole time. Live and Learn. The main issue with these apartments is there is an adjoining door and you can hear every single thing from the people next door, as they could hear me. It was like we were all sharing the one apartment. The manage did offer me another room which was nice but I was only there another two nights so used ear plugs.

Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo,consiglio.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente,dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere numerosi posti,il paesino è molto tranquillo e accogliente

Se devo essere puntigliosa la pulizia è un po' da rivedere,ma niente di sconvolgente. In più avrei preferito un materasso matrimoniale invece che due singoli ,sarebbe stato più comodo. Unica pecca purtroppo è il parcheggio,un po' difficile da trovare a volte, dipende dall'orario o dal giorno.

Groot en fijn appartement. Erg netjes allemaal. Er stond bij aankomst al wat te eten en te drinken in de koelkast. Erg fijn allemaal!

Parkeren in de straat bij het appartement soms even zoeken maar eigenlijk prima te doen. Huurauto of scooter is wel noodzakelijk als je hier verblijft. Strandjes oid is met de auto ongeveer 15 min rijden.

Proprietate cu preț și condiții foarte avantajoase

Apartamentul este foarte spațios,dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a avea un concediu reușit. Proprietarul a fost tot timpul atent la solicitările mele. Curățenia este la nivel foarte ridicat, terasa este foarte generoasă și utilă seara.

Trebuie sa iei in calcul foarte serios faptul că ești la distanța de 9 km de capitala Kerkyra și că singurul mod sa ajungi acolo este cu un autobuz care vine o data la o oră. Statia se afla la 5 minute de mers pe jos dar căldura face totul mai incomod. Daca vrei sa mergi pe plajele din Corfu este obligatoriu sa închiriezi o mașină,autobuzele nu ajung acolo. Proprietarul are o cunoștință(pe nume Fotini) ,care se ocupa cu închirieri auto Ea îți aduce mașina la proprietate și o preia ulterior de la aeroport fara costuri suplimentare.Pretul de închiriere este foarte bun, cu mult sub ce găsiți în aeroport Daca o solicitați, Fotini va poate aduce mașina direct la aeroport ,in acest mod nu mai pierdeți timp pe la birourile de închirieri auto.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w dobrych warunkach.

Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra, spokojna okolica, cicha. Bardzo blisko do tętniącej życiem części miasta. W obiekcie dostępne wszystkie niezbędne przybory kuchenne, wszystko sprawne. Na duży plus Pan, który się ze mną kontaktował, wszystko na bieżąco. Dodatkowo, pracownik na miejscu, bardzo miły Pan.

Poprawiłabym trochę czystość, szczególnie toalety, ale poza tym bez większych niedociągnięć. Jeżeli ktoś nie ma doświadczenia w parkowaniu na wyspie to może okazać się dla niego problematyczne. Jeżeli chodzi o pracę zdalną to internet nie dźwignie spotkań on-line. Obsługa podstawowych aplikacji-ok.
