A localização é boa, tem um mercadinho atrás, o especial café Velvet ao lado, e a padaria Anita a uma quadra. Se tudo estiver fechado, tem uma pequena conveniência dentro do prédio.
É um pouco barulhento, passa um trem de tempos em tempos apitando, faltou uma janela ante-ruído. Também não tem produtos no banheiro, sabonete, shampoo, tem que levar ou comprar, poderia ser melhor nessa parte tb.
