Location, and staff were helpful when we needed help.
It was too small to host 8 people (which was made up of 2 families & included 2 very small children).
The bed orientation and lack of space upstairs to put clothes & suitcases was not reflected in the pictures/description.
The downstairs toilet & bathroom 'in the kitchen' was also a bit too close for comfort!!
Whilst there was a spacious dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, the sofas were small & uncomfortable so it was difficult to properly chill after a day of skiing.
The staff were quick to help when we requested extra pillows and bath matts but no pillow cases were provided with them & they were more like cushions.
