Emerald Haven Second Floor Studio Mins from Beach

Beautiful apartment in a nice complex. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable.

However what decreased the score significantly was the incessant emails and messages before checking in. I’ve never checked a booking.com message before and I received 10-15 messages from them before check in. They want you to sign a rental agreement where you have to agree to a roughly 1500usd deposit in case of damages. (Its almost three times higher than the rental car deposit) Everything feels very strict and stressful not really want you want for a relaxing vacation. They state they can take money even if a towel is dirty??? I liked the place but the emails and regulations feel so stressful, like you need to be so careful or they will take your money. I’ve never experienced this before with booking.com.

j'avais absolument tout ce dont j'avais besoin et encore plus (chaises de camping un gros plus, coffre fort également un gros plus, air climatisé très fonctionnel, eau chaude, équipement de cuisine complet). C'était très très propre et les instructions de checkin étaient très claires avant mon arrivée. Je vais recommander cet établissement à tout mon entourage qui désire aller au Costa Rica. c'était à 2min à pied de la plage, le lit était confortable, la piscine était propre, il y avait de l'eau chaude en masse pour les douches le soir, ce qui fait du bien après une longue journée à la plage. je n'ai absolument rien de négatif à dire et je reviendrais sans doutes!

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, I loved the close proximity to the beach and many restaurants and amenities, great location.

A bit too small for 2 friends, but we managed. Only 1 wine glass.

Kitchen fridge and TV included. Comfy bed and pillows. Easy access to beach. Private and everything is close
