Accommodation was spotless and very well equipped, in a quiet area but not too far from facilities. yes I would book again

Having to pay extra for passes, £80 for passes to the main complex and access to the food places and bars, we only had a 2 night break so and extra £80 would have made it an expensive couple of meals. We didn't get passes and used the chip shop on site and the Chinese in conningsby and both were delicious

Location. Lovely place and lots of activities

We were really looking forward to this trip, but the whole experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, it was dark and none of the outside lights worked, so we couldn’t even see the key safe to get in. It took over 20 minutes to access the caravan. We had paid extra for a caravan with a hot tub, but when we opened the (broken) lid, the water was freezing cold at 23°C. I contacted the host straight away, but they said the technician couldn’t come until the next day — no help at all, as that was our only evening to use it. Even at midnight, the temperature had only reached 27°C, so it was completely unusable. The next morning we discovered that every bit of cutlery, pans, and kitchenware was filthy, covered in leftover food. We had to wash everything before we could even make breakfast, which made us late for our day out. When I raised these issues after the stay, the host was rude and dismissive — blaming the cleaning company and saying I should have complained sooner, even though I messaged about the hot tub straight away. Overall, the caravan was not as described, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all — especially given how unhelpful and unprofessional the owner was when things went wrong & is now ignoring our request for a refund.

The only negative i would say is that the hot tub wasn’t that hot & only a couple of the jets worked

Do not recommend this place in the SLIGHTEST. The hot tob was filled with dirt, freezing cold and had no lid. We was not told about it and she ignored us when we tried to contact her. Ruined the entire weekend!!! Awful place.

Lovely, warm and comfortable - good location on the site, nice and quiet. Fully equipped property- ideal for families. Excellent hosts, answered all queries immediately.

Nothing to dislike

I went from the 3rd to the 5th oct and it was amazing I really enjoyed the hot tub it was incredible and there is so much on site you can do if you want there is entertainment and if you get a pass there is arcades

Property was clean tidy everything from towels to hair dryer bed was very comfy owner very good at getting back to you

Even though we wasnt in the caravan very much we liked our beds there

Didn't like that there was no coffee, teabags, sugar like you get in a hotel, we didn't like how hot the hot tub was, yes I know its a hot tub for a reason but it was too hot so we tried turning the temperature down but it kept going back up, we only used the hot tub once. And the peddle to the little bin wasnt working (not too bothered about that)
