Totul! Curatenia, amplasamentul, linistea, chiar si vecinii si animalele din zona, totul este minunat.

Das Haus liegt im oberen Dorfteil nahe der Kirche und man ist mitten drin und doch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist modern und man hat alles was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Man kann bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse oder auf dem Balkon sitzen und ist durch ein Sonnenrollo oder einen Schirm geschützt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. PKW kann im Grundstück geparkt werden. Zum Sandstrand sind es 5 Min mit dem PKW. Von dort aus kann man den Berg Athos bewundern.

The house was great and big enough, the yard was comfortable for a family dinner, the kids to play outside and to make barbecue. The house has a lot of facilities, even more than we need. It was clean. The location is great and there are parking places.
