Lances right Surfhouse

L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la mer. Le logement est très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Anne, Max et tout le personnel sont très attentionnés. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Le logement est aussi proche de plusieurs restaurants.

Lance's Right Surf Camp exceeded my expectations and offers incredible value for money. The standout features are definitely the location, the size of the property, and the helpful staff. Anne and Max were fantastic hosts and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They provided great local knowledge, including recommendations on the best places to eat, scooter hire, money exchange, supermarkets, arranging transport around the island, and even organising fresh seafood deliveries. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The location is perfect for surfers. Lance's Right is only a 1min walk from the property, and you can even see the surf break from the kitchen. Lance's Left is only around a 10-minute scooter ride away. Supermarkets and restaurants are also only a few minutes away by scooter. The surf house itself is huge, with three private rooms, each with its own bathroom. During six of my seven nights, I had the entire place to myself, which was amazing. There is a massive lounge area with a large flat-screen TV, full kitchen facilities, fridge, kettle, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It would be ideal for solo travellers, but also perfect for a group of friends wanting a surf trip together. The property is also incredibly peaceful. Despite significant construction activity in the surrounding area, you cannot hear any of it from the house. It was one of the quietest places I have stayed. A basic breakfast was also included each morning, which was a nice bonus that I wasn't expecting.

There were only a few minor negatives. The roads around the area are currently undergoing a lot of construction, and after rain they become very muddy, making walking difficult and scooter riding a little challenging. One of the scooters I hired had a very worn front tyre and no rear brake, which made riding on the muddy roads feel less safe. I mentioned this to the staff during my stay. The swimming pool looked slightly murky, so I chose not to use it. The air conditioning in my room seemed quite weak and didn't make much difference during the night, making it a little warm for sleeping at times. Finally, the bed was reasonably comfortable but not exceptional. It was still perfectly fine, probably around an 7/10, but could be improved slightly. Overall, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect my stay. The excellent location, huge living spaces, quiet atmosphere, and exceptionally helpful staff far outweighed these small drawbacks.

La posizione ottima proprio di fronte lo spot di Lances Right, la struttura molto carina e confortevole, a disposizione degli ospiti ampia cucina con salone. Maxim è davvero cordiale e sempre disponibile.
