- der ungepflegte Innenhof - die Haustür ( eingeschäumter Rahmen / nicht verputzt) -kaum Stauraum weder im Schlafbereich (die 2 Fächer in einem an sich schon kleinem Schrank waren mit den Utensilien für das dritte Bett belegt) noch im Küchenbereich. - der reparaturbedürftige Fußboden im Küchenbereich. -wenig Reinigungsmittel ( 1 Flasche Essigezens , 1/4 Flasche WC-Reiniger. Kein Besen, nur Staubsauger.)
