L'appartement en soi ça va.
Il ya un odeur d'égout très désagréable dans la salle de bain. Obligé de garder la porte fermée. Le pire est que malgré mes tentatives d'obtenir une facture comme la loi l'exige, le propriétaire a refusé de me l'envoyer se disant loueur non professionnel. Étant professionnel moi même j'ai besoin de la facture pour me faire rembourser et cela n'a pas pu être le cas. J'irai plus loin si besoin. Toute location ou vente obligé le propriétaire à fournir une facture. Donc professionnels attention à cela!!
