A perfect place to recharge on the Eislek trail

We were extremely tired when we arrived in the village. The Hytte shelter is really close to the end point of the trail--this was a huge relief. The common space is... spacious. Nice design and all you need in the kitchen for an overnight stay, including coffee and tea. Beds are really comfortable. Plenty of sockets in the shelter.

Beautiful property for groups of any size

A beautiful cottage located in the Ardennes with an amazing view of the hills and nature. It accommodates large groups and I couldn't be happier about the cottage. Communication with the owner is good as well!

Het is fijn dat er pakjes pasta- potjes pesto, lokaal bier werd voorzien tegen schappelijke prijzen!

Un gîte parfaitement conçu pour le confort des randonneurs, conviviale, chaleureux et confortable

La propreté, le design de la maison, l'ambiance chaleureuse, le confort, et la disposition des chambres et de l'espace de vie très conviviale

C'est un détail, mais comme tout était parfait je proposerai juste d'ajouter quelques crochets dans les chambres pour suspendre les vêtements

Super hébergement sur l'Eislek Trail, avec un chouette esprit rando!

Très chouette hébergement, partagé avec un groupe de randonneuses très sympa. Le principe est convivial, dans l'esprit des refuges de montagne. Le logement est propre, spacieux, joli, bien équipé. Super de mettre quelques vivres à disposition (pâtes, sauces, bières...) contre un versement de sous à l'hôte, celà permet au randonneur de ne pas devoir aller au village chercher des victuailles une fois arrivé au gîte.

Remarques dans un esprit d'amélioration mais c'est déjà super : Les matelas (durs) et coussins (trop peu denses) pourraient être de meilleure qualité. Une deuxième table dehors et un parasol ne seraient pas de trop. Quelques livres/magazines/jeux seraient supers pour compléter ce gîte déjà génial.

Aangenaam verblijf, als uitvalsbasis om te wandelen of F1 Spa-Francorchamps.

Wandelaarshut van het niveau jeugdherberg, maar veel beter. Wij hadden onze eigen kamer, maar er zijn ook 2 slaapkamers, die je moet delen met anderen. Grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte met alle comfort. Proper gemeenschappelijk sanitair. Was voor ons de uitvalsbasis naar F1 Spa-Francorchamps. +/- 50 min. rijden.

Ik heb maar één opmerking. De voorhanden, maar grote borden passen niet in de microgolf.

Mooi scandinavisch ingericht. Goede matrassen. Het vuurtje was aan bij aankomst en het was lekker warm. Fijne locatie, vlak bij de Ourthe en de Hérou

Escale parfaite pour randonneurs

Endroit super cosy, bien soigné et propre. Lits très confortables. Le poêle chauffe super bien la maison, on n'a pas eu froid, même pas avec -5°C dehors. Chouette concept quand on aime l'ambiance des refuges de montagne et les échanges avec d'autres randonneurs. Cuisine bien équipée pour qui veut cuisiner.

Je n'ai pas beaucoup de suggestions pour améliorer, ce qui est bon signe ;-). Peut-être juste dans la douche un panier au mur ou une petite planche où on peut mettre ses vêtements pour éviter qu'ils tombent et se mouillent, en plus des crochets actuels.
