Quiet really calm it was perfect

One thing I didn’t like was that the sofas were scratched, and they forgot to provide coffee. When I arrived tired, I wanted to have some coffee, but there wasn’t any. Not a big deal

The cabin was in a good location. I liked the fact that there were many cabins around. The roads were safe. I felt safe. I loved having TV’s in the bedrooms as well as the living room. I liked using booking.com so much better than Airbnb. You don’t know what you are getting with Airbnb. The pictures and reviews very rarely show the true state of the place. This cabin was amazing!

Nothing…of course I wish the nightly charge could be a little lower, but I loved everything about the cabin. (A very bad storm was coming and we had to leave a day early and lost the money for that day.)

Beautiful property, comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

The location was nice

The pictures certainly did not match what it actually looks like, upon walking in we immediately noticed the extreme wear and tear on the couches, a big hole in the back of the one couch with stuffing come out of it, leather worn off in most of the seating areas of both couches, I emailed pics as soon as we got there as I did not want to be blamed for anything where the furniture was concerned, I was thanked for providing the pics but told they were aware of the wear and tear on both couches, I feel like that should have been disclosed prior to booking, I would’ve found a cabin similar in pricing with suitable furniture, it was embarrassing honestly, we met family who came from another state as well, and upon them coming over we threw blankets over the couches to attempt to hide the major eye sores that they were, we ended up not having any get togethers at our cabin because of how embarrassed we were, instead we went to there cabin every day, there was dust and dirt above the bathroom mirrors, we opened the drawer on the bottom of the stove to find a pan (dishes seemed very minimal) and a bunch of nasty, dried food fell out and all over the floor……. There doesn’t seem to be much done beyond surface cleaning! There were remotes for what we assumed were fans/lights but none of them actually worked, some didn’t even have batteries in them, we had one day where the WiFi was down! One other thing we didn’t really like was that there are no curtains or anything blocking the long windows by the front doors, gives very little privacy when anybody can walk or drive by and look right in (happened several times) kids across the street were shining flashlights in our windows till wee hours of the morning….. overall wasn’t a very good experience for our first trip to the area….. we definitely want to return just not to this cabin or even the location! Worth spending the same or just a bit more for better quality!
