The place was quiet, the host was nice and relaxed. Everything worked and it was reasonable value for money.I would strongly recommend it for families with kids.
The location is great if you want to visit the beaches and are looking for a quiet stat, It is not great located if like us, wanted to visit main towns. I missed a few additional features like better towels, a nearby washer and even a warning to bring basic kitchen stuff like oil, coffee (none) and even tolet paper (just barely for the first use).
