Is close to Pamukkale south entrance. The host is very helping and polite. You have few parking spots, but they are enough. Breakfast is ok

Room was a little too small. And the door frame not noise canceling at all.

I highly recommend this place! The owner, Veli, is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have met during my trip. He is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I was traveling alone, but thanks to Veli’s kindness, I felt completely safe and was able to enjoy my time in Pamukkale with peace of mind. He kindly explained the best and most efficient way to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Since I was traveling alone, he even gave me a ride on his scooter to the upper entrance, which was a huge help and made my sightseeing much easier. After check-out, he also helped me find the bus stop for the bus to Denizli Bus Station and kindly carried my heavy suitcase with me. His thoughtful support truly made my stay special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The shower had great water pressure, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was also delicious and a perfect way to start the day. If you are visiting Pamukkale, I highly recommend staying at Akapella. It is a wonderful place with amazing hospitality!

The location is excellent, right in front of the entrance to the park. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

We booked a twin room with a terrace, but when we checked in, the hotel gave us a single room closest to the front desk. As you can imagine, it was very noisy. The room also had a persistent bad smell and couldn't even fit two suitcases. So after visiting Pamukkale, we didn't return to the hotel at all — we stayed out until after ten at night before coming back to sleep. We didn't even have breakfast the next morning and just checked out straight away. All I can say is, apart from the cheap price, there's nothing good about it.
