Our stay at Feniks Apartments, although short, was one of those experiences that stays in your heart long after you return home. We spent just one night over the weekend, but it was enough to feel the special energy of the place. Aleksandar welcomed us like family and throughout our stay generously shared advice, recommendations, and his positive energy. What impressed us most was that he designed and created every detail himself. His artistic eye is visible everywhere you look. From carefully chosen plants and decorations to unique details that tell a story and awaken a sense of travel and curiosity, like signposts pointing to different parts of the world set in the middle of lush greenery. It all feels like stepping into a fairytale where every corner is made with love and imagination. The cottages are beautiful, like something out of Andersen’s stories, and the terrace with its mountain view is a place where time simply stops. We brought a telescope and spent the evening stargazing under the clear mountain sky, which was a magical experience we will always remember. Aleksandar’s love for nature and plants is truly fascinating. He knows so much about each plant, and the homemade elderflower syrup he makes from his own garden is one of the most beautiful tastes we brought back from this short trip. We arrived with a Maltese dog and three rabbits, and everyone was equally welcome. It is rare to find so much understanding and love for animals. Feniks is not just accommodation. It is a place with a soul, created with care, love, and creativity. A place where you feel calm, relaxed, and inspired. We will definitely come back, because some places simply make you want to return the moment you leave. ❤️
