The location was ok.

We had a reservation at this property for July 3-7, 2025. A few days before arrival, I received information that check-in was only available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and no other times were possible. It was difficult for us to accommodate these hours, but we were forced to adjust our plans to arrive at the property within the designated time. Two days before, I received a message from householder stating that she wanted us to arrive by 12:00 PM because check-in would be difficult later. We changed our plans again to arrive by 12:00 PM. This was only the beginning of our problems. When checking out the apartment, householder showed us the circuit breakers that needed to be turned off and on again in case the air conditioning stopped working during the night. She said that if the air conditioning was turned on in all the apartments at night, there was a power problem. The first night, we had this problem. From 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM, we turned the circuit breakers on and off several times to get the air conditioning working. From 4 a.m. nothing helped and the air conditioning wouldn't turn on anymore, and the apartment was around 30 degrees Celsius. We tried to open the windows, but none of them would open. Three windows opened only slightly. The apartment also didn't have fans. We were with three children, who spent the night lying on the floor to cool down a bit. In the morning, we decided to change our location and rented an apartment in another property in Paschiera del Garda because we couldn't risk the same thing happening again the next night. We filed a complaint against the property, but householder stated that she didn't accept the complaint because in her opinion the air conditioning was working. We didn't receive a refund. The apartment is also very poorly equipped. There's no clothes dryer, no fans, and no Wi-Fi. The kitchen is very poorly equipped

Location was great and the host was super helpful. My partner injured her arm and the host personally drove us to the hospital - so helpful and a lovely lady.

Beliggenheden var rigtig god.

For lidt plads, aircon virkede ikke, ingen p plads ingen wifi. Poloen lukket hele eftermiddagen.

Dat de woon en slaapkamer in een ruimte dat was helaas niet goed vermeld. Wat fijn was dat een huisdier welkom is helaas reageren ze niet zo snel op berichten pas als je op je bestemming bent. Wij hebben voor deze locatie gekozen omdat er een zwembad bij was met de intentie de hond naar t zwembad mee te nemen niet om in het zwembad te laten zwemmen dat is niet hygiënisch maar op t grasveld naast je ligstoel meenemen moet eigenlijk geen probleem zijn temeer er geen tuin of balkon was hierop hebben wij niet goed opgelet en met een huisdier is dat wel nodig. Het appartement zit namelijk achter in een hoek.
