Gute Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Sauber, Ausstattung ausreichend , Wäschepaket sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand etc gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

Die analoge Uhr des Backofens ist wohl defekt. Sehr laute fast permanente Geräusche, die das Schlafen bei offener Schlafzimmertür, es war sehr warm während unseres Aufenthaltes, schwierig gestaltete. Das Problem war bekannt, wurde / konnte aber nicht abgestellt werden. Insektenschutz wäre empfehlenswert, was bei der Miete wohl zu leisten wäre. Die Dame die die Wohnungsschlüssel etc ausgibt, war nicht sehr kompetent was die Wohnung anging. Wo sich der zur Wohnung zugehörige Parkplatz befindet, müsste besser beschrieben werden, damit das für unkundundige Gäste schlecht sichtbare Schild, gefunden werden kann. (auch die Mieter der Nachbarwohnung fanden den Parkplatz nicht) Der Fahrradabstellraum war voll, mit Fahrrädern, wohl von den verschiedenen Eigentümern der Wohnungen. Diese Räder wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bewegt.... 1 von 2 Fahrrädern bekamen wir noch rein. 1x im Vorraum abgestellt, stand aber vor einer Tür Müsste mal geregelt werden denke ich.
