Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicacion del dpto, tiene el tamaño y las comodidades cumplen al 100 para una pareja, La ducha es sensacional, la cocina justa. Es ideal para unos dias de descanso

La ubicación es perfecta. Muy lindo el barrio y muy seguro
Es ruidoso para descansar. A la noche las motos y autos hacen mucho ruido, en especial el fin de semana. Pero eso es claramente culpa del municipio

Falta armar espacio living confortable . Falta limpieza en tapizados sillones y acolchados- mobiliario que podría actualizarse para mayor limpieza y confort. butacon pequeño con piel sintetica desechable por la suciedad que acumula. colchon incomodo , sillas patio y puerta chapa delantera necesitan reparacion urgente. techo patio necesita renovacion urgente. Sacar objetos que acumulan suciedad. Sabana con manchas añejas. Cocina con electrodomesticos que funcionan bien. perdida agua moja mesada permanentemente
