The location is superb. Great communication with the property. Superb that we could use a parking at a very reasonable fee of 20 BM. For 1-2 nights it is great value for money. We were happy!
If you are noise sensitive, the tram can be heard throughout the night.

very nice and central place, you come out of the building and you are in the heart of the city. A lot of places nearby, you can get everywhere by foot. Modernized appartment, clean and cabinet can handle lots of clothes.
parking is not that easy, meaning you can stop to unload the car, afterwards you have to search for a parking space a little further away, within 500m. It was only negative, because from the description I thought there is parking space at the building itself. We had no water pressure after midnight, it came back in the morning, we stayed only 1 night, can't say if this is everyday or what.
