It was dirty and dusty upon arrival, no storage for clothes at all, we had to keep all our clothes on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed, which was irritating as when the bunk bed is flipped down for use you cannot fully close the dining/bedroom door. Not sure how a family of four is supposed to fit in there. Good location and easy to find but Interhome staff very rude. You pay for what you get in terms of size but the bathroom was filthy and every shelf and surface was coated with dust. Felt I needed to constantly wash my hands after touching anything in there.

Malgré le très bon emplacement de l’appartement et la gentillesse du propriétaire, c’est la quatrième fois que je loue à Val Claret et c’est malheureusement la première fois que je suis déçue.
Le logement est vraiment trop petit, adapté au maximum pour trois personnes. La propreté laisse à désirer : la baignoire et le rideau de douche étaient tachés. J’ai réussi à nettoyer la baignoire avec un produit que j’ai acheté moi-même et que je laisse sur place, car aucun produit ménager n’est mis à disposition. La serpillière semble ne pas avoir été changée depuis plusieurs années, tout comme la brosse des toilettes. J’ai essayé d’en acheter une nouvelle au Sherpa, mais je n’en ai pas trouvé.
Il n’y a pas assez de rangements, ce qui est vraiment dommage car l’appartement a beaucoup de potentiel. L’agencement pourrait être amélioré, notamment l’emplacement de la télévision, afin de gagner de la place et d’ajouter des espaces de rangement. Les lits superposés sont en revanche très bien : confortables et esthétiques. En revanche, il manque un vrai lit parental ou un canapé-lit adapté pour deux adultes.
Pour moi, la propreté et le rangement sont des priorités, et malheureusement je n’ai trouvé ni l’un ni l’autre : fenêtres jamais lavées, rideau de douche cassé, porte-serviettes abîmé, canapé sale, seau et serpillière vieux et sales, kit de ménage incomplet, aucun produit d’entretien disponible.
J’espère sincèrement que mes commentaires seront pris en compte, car cet appartement a un grand potentiel. Il suffirait de prêter attention aux petits détails qui font toute la différence pour rendre un lieu confortable et chaleureux, sans nécessiter beaucoup d’efforts ni d’investissement.
