This is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom lakeside home situated in an excellent neighborhood.

The house provides quick access to the finest attractions Macon has to offer.
=> 4 min drive to Kroger, restaurants, nail salons, and more
=> 8 min drive to The Shoppes at River Crossing
=> 8 min drive to Amerson River Park
=> 10 min drive to downtown Macon
=> 13 min drive to Ocmulgee National Monument
Parties and events are prohibited. Full payments are required; partial payments will not be accepted.
House Rules & Occupancy Policy
• Maximum of 6 registered guests may stay overnight.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
• Additional visitors are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival.
• Violations involving unregistered guests or occupancy limits may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.
• Please respect the home, neighbors, and community at all times.
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Report any damage as soon as it occurs.
• Lock all doors when leaving and at checkout.
Use of Property & Spaces
• If you have daytime plans or activities on the property, the reservation must include both the night before and the night of that day. The home is not available for single‑day daytime use without an overnight stay.
• A refundable hold may be required depending on the size or nature of your stay.
• Certain types of hosted activities may be considered with prior written approval.
• Any approved use must stay within the agreed‑upon number of people on the property.
• Capacity limits for overnight stays and daytime use may differ and must be approved in advance.

This was a wonderful and relaxing stop on our journey north from Florida to Michigan! Our dog enjoyed the backyard and we loved sitting out on the back deck! The home was meticulous! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Retreat. The location was great for us. There were restaurants and grocery stores, etc. nearby, yet with the great outdoor space (beautiful deck and back yard with fire pit area) overlooking the water it seemed like we were away from crowds when at the house.The kitchen is beautiful and was well equipped. There were more cooking pots, pans, etc. then we often find in other rentals. The listing doesn't detail out everything but the kitchen had a blender, which we loved for morning smoothies. We even found a slow cooker in one of the cabinets partway thru the trip which came in handy for us. We also found an assortment of sheet pans, cutting board, knife set in block, colanders, large bowls, etc.There are a good amount of windows in the back which made it easy to enjoy the view of the water even from inside.Note the beds in two of the rooms are firm which worked out great for us because they were to our liking.Host was responsive to an issue we had and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate being able to enjoy this home for our visit to Macon.
