Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.



This charming holiday home in Mijas, located in a well-maintained urbanisation with spacious gardens, three swimming pools and a paddle tennis court, offers the perfect combination of relaxation and leisure. With capacity for 4 people, distributed over two floors and an independent garage space with communal access, it is the ideal refuge to discover Las Lagunas de Fuengirola and the entire Costa del Sol. The strategic location allows easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and tourist attractions such as water parks, the beach and golf courses.



In the exterior, you will have a spacious garden with access to three communal swimming pools where you can sunbathe or enjoy a good book in the shade of the trees (although there are no sun loungers or outdoor furniture in the common areas). Additionally, it has a private landscaped area with a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the garden and nearest swimming pool. The glazed covered terrace with furniture, television and sofa complements the private space for moments of tranquillity in the urbanisation.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates, and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.

The house is distributed over two floors plus a basement/garage, designed to offer comfort and functionality. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room decorated with style, air conditioning with heat pump, independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. There is also a bathroom with shower tray on this floor for greater convenience.



On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms with centralised air conditioning offer a cosy space for rest. One has a double bed, access to an external terrace and a wardrobe, while the other has two single beds and also a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower tray serves this floor. The modern and practical decoration ensures a comfortable stay for all.



Moreover, the property offers amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, central heating, two televisions and WiFi internet access so that you lack nothing during your stay. The private garage within the same building facilitates parking. It is also worth noting the padel court available for sports enthusiasts.

We had a really lovely stay at the townhouse in Fuengirola. The house was beautiful, clean, and just right for us as a family of four. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, making it very comfortable. We especially appreciated having air conditioning – it made a big difference on the hot days. We had rented a car, and the secure garage space in the basement was a great bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. All in all, a great place that we highly recommend.

Nice appartment, calm and clean. Little garden with sunshine all day but no deckchairs. Check in and information good We will come back Some small wineglasses to take outside and it would be nice if the lawn was cut before arrival.

A good stay, perfect location. Only one set of keys which made our stay a bit difficult. The swimming pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing. Other than that the house was clean and tidy and check in/out was easy!
