The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Paid garage parking is available for a max of 2 vehicles (NOT included in the cost of lodging). STR license #023848.

The condo was clean and loved the location. There was painters tape in the master bath (possibly for renovation), didn’t bother us much. We were only provided one room card- this became a frustration during our stay when my husband was biking and the kids and I were doing other activities/nap/lunch. There is no keurig. Most other condos in Zephyr we have stayed at has had both types of coffee makers and a gift basket full of a few snacks and coffee- this condo didn’t provide this, not a deterrent for us, just more of a comment. Bed in master was comfortable. Overall great stay.

This property was absolutely, hands down amazing. I plan on rebooking and staying again. Maybe I make it my family's winter "spot". Couldn't have been in a better place. Right on the slopes. Views to die for. Clean, new feeling, had everything we needed. Did I mention I LOVED this place. If you are scrolling and cant make a decision, stay here, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing location with views of the mountain. Super easy in and out to the slopes and the village. The condo is very comfy, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Loved the hot tub in the snow as well.

Spent two nights over New Years in this wonderful condo in the most spectacular setting. To be located so very close to the main ski area of Winter Park was a real win for us and made our short stay very memorable
