The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including new Keurig coffee maker. Unwind with your favorite drink or roast s'mores around the INCREDIBLE backyard fire pit!!

Amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, dedicated workspace, free indoor laundry, & bikes/games/beach chairs. Walk or bike to nearby Gulf Gate restaurants and shopping!

Guests may enjoy use of bikes, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and sand toys for the kiddos. Additional amenities include BBQ grill, large covered lanai, and Adirondack chairs around an AMAZING fire pit! Perfect for weekend getaway or an extended stay!

The house is located just 2.6 miles from Siesta Beach Access #12 which is Crescent Beach. Distance to Siesta Key Public Beach is 4 miles. Short drive to multiple Publix grocery stores, Walgreens, Costco Shopping, and restaurants.

PARKING is free. There's room for 2 cars to park overnight on the driveway.

We have 2 exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home. One is located under the carport and the other is located on the far shell driveway.
