- BED 3 is smaller and slightly separated from the other 2 bedrooms with a robe for storage. It provides ready access to the separate toilet as well as the bathroom.
NOTE bedroom 3 is locked off for smaller group sizes (
REST WELL: Each bedroom has a queen-size Sleeping Duck mattress for a great night sleep. You'll find a range of pillow sizes and types provided, along with luggage racks, wardrobes and hangers, plenty of spare towels and quality bedding emphasising natural fibres.
MODERN AMENITIES: Wireless phone charging is provided in each bedroom and in living areas.
EV charging in the garage is via a 3 point plug rated for EV load. Bring your trickle charger.
The LARGE MAIN BATHROOM is accessible from the master and from the hall (equal distance from beds 2 & 3). Features incl bath, shower, toilet, vanity, heatlamps and rain shower head.
Additionally there is a separate second toilet with wash facilities in the adjacent laundry.
The whole house is yours to enjoy, including a lock up garage and private yards front and back.
All on one level, the property offers good accessibility.

Great location, spotlessly clean and the house contained everything you could need for a comfortable stay away from home. Excellent communication with hosts - would definitely stay again!
