The house was created by renovating the old stables of the dammuso above it.
All the rooms open onto the patio: the kitchen, the master bedroom (part of the oldest section of the house), and the new double bedroom, which has a bathroom with a window. Each room has its own private bathroom. The total floor area, including the open-air patio with a thatched roof, is 50 square meters. The house is located in Kareb, between Scauri and Rekale, a 15-minute drive from downtown Pantelleria and 5 minutes from the sea.
The setting is rural, but the sea can be glimpsed on the horizon. Sunsets are visible only during the winter months.
